Gentlemen, I wanted to take a moment to thank Joe C. and your team of movers for the professional way in which they handled the move for my aunts, Phyllis and Rose. Joe made two trips to their home, first to work up an estimate and then to enter into the contract. He was very patient with them as they discussed what would be involved in the move. He kept me in the loop as he was working with my Aunt Rose. He and I were able to give her assurance she needed that the move would be properly managed by your company.

On Thurs., Feb. 4, Andy and Pat arrived at the house first. They were pretty cheerful and ready to start the move. Their attitude helped to start this move off on the right foot. Andy walked through the house with my Aunt Rose and before I knew it, he and Pat were moving boxes and furniture onto the covered front porch. Then, Reese and Kevin arrived with the van. They came into the house and started assessing the furniture and all of the boxes. They had a few questions about the house we were moving into, and I was able to get the answers for them from my sister-in-law.

Throughout the morning, the four men worked step by step through each room. At one point, there was a piece of furniture that was going to a neighbor. It was an oversized sofa bed. The neighbor and his helper could not get it out of the house. We all soon realized that the front window was the only way to get it out. Andy and Kevin worked to remove the front window and they helped the neighbor to get it out of the house and then he was on his way to the house.

There was a benefit to removing the window because they were able to get some of the bigger pieces of furniture from the living room and kitchen out of the house more easily and onto the front porch and into the van.

On Friday, your van arrived and Andy, Pat and Reese prepared the new house for the move. It had snowed through the night so they put the runners down. They were as professional in the move into the house as they had been up in Scranton. They asked us about the placement of the furniture, and then set up each room. They had to move appliances into this new house and large pieces of furniture. I cannot tell you how many boxes they carried in as well. I can only say that “there were many boxes.”

In closing, I want to tell you that I was very concerned about this move. Your staff helped to make a very big move for my family much easier than I ever expected. I am grateful; to them for their professionalism and their kindness on those two day. If I know of anyone who needs to move, I will recommend your company without reservation.

Dear Mr. Cadden, It has been my experience that all too often when a business receives any feedback it is generally in the form of a complaint. However, I would like to acknowledge a job well done!!! From the beginning I had reservations regarding moving companies as a whole, due to a prior bad experience. However, you went out of your way to alleviate my concerns, informing me that you were a man of your word, and it turns out that you are. I cannot tell you how refreshing that is.

The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were courteous and exceedingly helpful. They called when they said they would and the furniture itself was delivered in excellent condition. One of my biggest concerns was that the price would be increased at the time of delivery from that of the amount quoted over the phone. As it turned out, the price that was quoted to me initially was in fact the actual price charged upon delivery. Again, I cannot reiterate how refreshing that is.

Simply stated, you and your company did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend your company to my family and friend back home in PA. Thank you again for providing me with such a competent and professional moving experience.

Sir, I wanted to take a minute to thank the two delivery men from your company for creating such a wonderful experience. I had an entertainment center delivered by your company one Saturday, Jason and Shamus were the delivery men. Because of the latest freezing rain storm, my driveway has been encased in ice, but Jason and Shamus took the safe route and parked the truck at the end of my driveway (which I really appreciated, last thing I needed was a stuck delivery truck in my driveway). After which they carried this very heavy piece of furniture the entire length of the 350’+ driveway and delivered it to my back door. I thanked them during the delivery, but please extend another thank you to them on my behalf. They are very high quality employees whom your company should appreciate and cherish.

We just want you to know that the move for my sister, Kathleen J. went very well. The three movers were very polite and efficient. We were very happy with everything that they did. The move was ahead of schedule and the guys made sure that everything was in place before they left. We never heard a complaint from them. They really went out of their way to be considerate and patient of my sister’s handicap. Joe C. could not have been nicer insetting this up and even went out of his way to deliver boxes to us when we needed them. We would recommend your company to anyone as we could not have chosen a better one.

Wow! I can’t wait to move again, and to use your company and the team of professionals who moved us. When my husband and I were at our lowest and most tired, thinking we couldn’t go another inch, the cavalry arrived.

On the day of the move, two huge trucks arrived and out jumped the gang of five. I asked “who’s the chief?” to which they replied, “We’re all chiefs!” I jokingly said, “Uh oh, all chiefs and no Indians, we’re in trouble!” How wrong I was!

And so began a day that could have been a disaster but instead was filled with music, humor, experience, professionalism, war stories, speed and precision. And rain! But the gang of five was on a roll, and rolled us painlessly into our new home, ahead of schedule and for less than the original estimate.

Words can not express how happy and comfortable and relived these five experts made me feel. At the end of the move I was actually sorry to see them go. I felt like I’d spent the day with friends. I wanted to keep them around forever, to help me with everything. They made me laugh, they made me smile, they put everything exactly where I wanted it and never grumbled or complained. They are true professionals.

I was happily surprised by the professional manner in which I was treated by the pick up team. Right from the start the gentleman that scheduled my pick up on the phone. The men who picked up my mattress, Keith and Frank called me 30 minutes in advance to let me know where they were.

They were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I know they were there to meet my needs and do a good job. This is what they did. You have two valuable employees in these men. My delivery experience was a nightmare. So the sun did shine again.

We would like to thank you and your team for the wonderful job that was done with our move from Montrose, PA to Gettysburg, PA. Mike, Reese, and Joe were not only competent and reliable, but also congenial, conscientious, respectful, courteous and accommodating. On the first day, they could sense we were a little nervous, so they told us to relax and go sit somewhere, and leave the move up to them. And they were absolutely correct.

When our furniture was delivered to Gettysburg, Mike even helped us decide on the placement of furniture in our dining room. We had previously laid out how we wanted the pieces placed, but they just didn’t look right. Mike participated in our decision-making, and with Reese and Joe moved things around again and again, and did so without complaining.

The men had a sense of humor throughout the process, which added to our level of comfort. But at the same time, they approached their job with dedication, and had serious discussions about the best way to load certain antique pieces onto the truck. The worked hard and did an excellent job.
